How long does it take to build my new site?
Most sites are built and ready for review within days, not weeks or months. The timeline depends on the number of pages and complexity, but we move fast. The longest part is usually waiting for your feedback during the review stage.
Will I lose my website content during the switch?
No. We migrate all of your existing content — text, images, downloadable forms, everything. We pull it from your current site before anything changes. Nothing is lost.
What happens to my domain name?
Your domain name stays yours. We just update where it points — from your old provider's server to your new site. If your current provider controls your domain, we'll help you get access back. We've navigated this process many times.
Will there be any downtime during the switch?
No. We build your new site on a staging URL while your current site stays live. When you approve the new site, we update the DNS records. The transition is seamless — your patients won't notice a thing.
Do I really own the website?
Yes. The code is yours. The design is yours. The content is yours. If you ever want to take it to another developer or host it somewhere else, you can. No strings attached. We'll hand over everything.
How is hosting really free?
We deploy your site on Cloudflare Pages, a global content delivery network that hosts static sites for free. Your site is served from data centers around the world, which is why it loads so fast. There's no catch — Cloudflare offers this as a free tier for static sites.
What if I need changes after the site launches?
You have two options. Our Hosting & Support plan ($50/month) covers managed hosting and technical support. Our Hosting + Unlimited Updates plan ($100/month) includes unlimited content changes — text, photos, hours, staff updates, anything that doesn't require a new page. Need a whole new section? We'll quote that separately.
Can you handle multi-location practices?
Absolutely. We can build location-specific pages, each with their own contact info, maps, hours, and staff. The architecture scales to as many locations as you need.
What about integrations with my practice management software?
The website build covers content, design, SEO, and forms. If you need integrations with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or other systems — patient portals, scheduling, HIPAA-compliant features — we can do that too. It's just scoped and quoted separately because it requires a different process and timeline.
I'm still under contract with my current provider. Can I start now?
Yes. We can build your new site now so it's ready the day your contract ends. No rush, no pressure. When you're free, we flip the switch.
